Amy specializes in fascial work: a dry (no/minimal oil) massage modality that works through tensions and patterns, not over them. She incorporates passive stretching into each treatment, and teaches functional strength and mobility, harmonizing movement and massage. See ‘free stuff’ tab to experience movement videos. Amy is currently not taking new clients, and encourages new clients to book with Christie.
